Bought this as very similar to my 14yr old son's previous John Lewis one. This one is a little more weatherproof though and seems sturdier. Used every schoolday and not treated gently. Plenty of room and compartments inside for his various school books, stationery, chargers etc. He's pretty pleased with it so I'm happy too. Time will tell though. Hope it lasts as least as long as his previous one.

Good bag, I like it and it's done a few tens of thousands of miles over the last year. One very annoying feature though is the velcro on the pockets has just come off, 3 out of 4 of them. So the pockets won't close and the main bag flap won't close over and stay tight. I would've given it 5 stars if it had stayed intact and lasted a few years.

Arrived on time, well packed and looks the bees knees - if the word "designer" actually has a meaning then this is it. Well made and plenty of pockets for all the junk that laptops seem to attract - good value for money. Only had it a couple of weeks so can't comment on durability and it hasn't got wet yet. So why not 5 star? It is sold as 15 inch so I bought it to go with my 15 inch HP laptop - it is a tight fit when zipped up to the point that there looks to be a bit of stress on the zip - only time will tell.Jp

I use this bag for drawing class. It is perfect as it takes an A4 pad easily and has as you will see on the image pockets at the front ...a zipped pocket at the back extending to the whole of the back panel.......a smaller zipped pocket inside back - 2 small open pockets inside front..... and a strong zip enclosing everything plus flaps secured by velcro

it was a really tight fit getting my laptop into this bag, really tight, but it does fit. I like the style and it feels nice but concerned on space, it gets 4 stars from me as it boasts "plenty of room" but not really.

Bought this because it looks good, usually i use a backpack because it is practical but beacause my laptop I am using att work is very light and quite small the weight does not bother at all with this bag.I just want to mension one thing, most of these reviews mension small mac books that will fit in this bag but i have a 14" ibm lenovo that is surely way thicker than mac ultra books , ibm fits perfectly in this bag, i also have a nexus 9 tablet that perfectly in inside space with the zipper.Hope this review helps no apple users 😊

I love my SCORCH messenger bag. I love the look, the capacity and it has so much space. It feels solid and proper. I dislike handbags but needed just one bag for everything. It takes my Tablet my phone and all the other rubbish I carry with me 'just in case'........it's off to California with me in May . It's a bit trendy for a 72 year old as well !!!Glennice Sprigg

Very happy with the bag. It seems sturdy and well made. Not had much chance to use it yet due to the Xmas break to be fair. The delivery was prompt and the bag was well packaged.
