Great soft base and absorbent bedding for hen house

Fantastic the girls love it. My girls are ex-battery and so couldn't perch to begin with. They chose to snuggle up on this rather than there hay bedding. Now that they can perch I put it under there perch to catch the droppings and along there platform that their nest box sits on. One of the girls still nests in it at night rather than perching which she is capable of. :) It is unbeatable its super absorbent but doesn't clump. I use a cat pooper scoop to scoop out all the poo in the morning and top it up as needed. It just makes cleaning the coop so much easier and quicker! The product comes as 2 , 10kg bags which make them easier to store. I have 5 hens and the 20kg lasts about 3 months.

This lasts ages as it is slightly compressed. I use it for my parrots cages

Very good stuff. Still gets thrown out the door when the ladies are remodelling but at least the weather doesn't move it much. Lasts longer than straw. One point down because each delivery I've had has a sheet of cardboard wrapped around the long sides. The ends of the plastic bag are unprotected, so by the time it gets to me it often has a fair few holes.

Happy ducks love it we do put straw on top just to make it full it also has a nice smell

Just started using this bedding for chicks, really pleased with it, doesn’t blow around, very economical, reasonable price, birds love it, cosy and warm for them, will be buying again, highly recommended

Can be gotten cheaper elsewhere but it's great bedding and works well
