I do have a couple issues with this case, but they are more my issues than the case or quality. So 5 stars, but some pertinent information for people to know. I bought the "book" case. It looks great, feels great, that nice *snap* on the closure is very satisfying. It does everything it claims.My two issues are:1. The way the leather was treated for this case makes it feel almost like microfiber. I know it is not, and I love the feel. However, it attracts dust and lint like a....well a lint magnet I guess you could say. It's annoying every time I flip the case open have to wipe of the screen because any lint or dust in my pocket will be there. Worse the camera gets covered with lint too. I get this is a "me" issue, but it may help someone by traditional leather instead of this softer leather if they're like me.2. The corner where the camera cutout is was bending back, kind of curling. I put my phone in me pocket upside down so the charging/headphone port is up. Turns out sliding it in my pocket peels up that corner. So now instead of my normal way of sliding my phone in I just keep my finger on that corner instead of the middle of the case. Problem solved. Again, I know this is a "me" issue, the leather isn't poor quality or anything.I am ordering a second case, cognac, to alleviate these two issues. I'm just a little scared of a "harder" leather against the screen when I close it as opposed to the nice soft leather now. I have scene no complaints about it, and I'm sure it won't be an issue. Again just a "me" thing.I really can't say enough good things about this case. I went to a theme park for 5 days and probably took it in and out of my pocket a hundred times a day (hence the corner curling issue). The case design never impeded my use of the phone or taking pictures. Not one photo was missed because I wasn't fast enough. The case also flips completely around and you lock the magnets so there is a kind of firm gap and it makes a nice feel while reading OR you can flip it flush and its very slim you can clip the magnets to either give you a little leather at the top or bottom (just slide it the magnets will hold) so you can choose depending how you hold the phone.

I have had this product for over a year. I like the wallet as an all in one for phone and credit cards. I also like the leather. However, there are two issues. The first was that the case appears to interfer with the phone signal. I have to talk with the case open or pull the phone out of the case. As soon as I do that people say “Wow, that’s better.”However, my primary issue is th the magnetic clasp that keeps the unit closed. It deteriorated rapidly and eventually wore out.The product is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I contacted the vendor and they immediately responded that they would replace the unit. I just needed to confirm my mailing address. I did...twice. The first time they repeated that they would replace the unit if I confirmed my mailing address. OK, people miss emails. I get it. I again confirmed my address. Then they went radio silent. I pinged them several times asking if they were all set. However, I received no response. At this point I assume they are not honoring their warranty.I’ve reported them to Amazon. I also want to warn you about this vendor. I can’t recommend a company that doesn’t stand behind their product.

Too good.The case is heavy and fits perfectly, it is like a beautiful army tank. While closed, your iphoneX is wonderfully protected. However, holding the flap open to read the screen is difficult and dangerous. I dropped the phone several times with the flap open. The leather is stiff and sprung out of my hand as I held it in my left hand. I was thinking of cutting finger holes so my left hand would have a grip while reading but decided to get the expensive Apple IphoneX case (which I love). The other factor that lead to reduction was again the thickness of the leather. When used as a stand the leather would stay somewhat wrinkled and add dimension to the space when wireless charging. There were sometimes no sweet spots after reading and plopping the phone in the charger.Sorry about this review to the people who designed and marketed this case, I loved the way it looked and protected the phone, but it is overdone in protecting the phone and actually impairs your ability to handle the iphoneX. The case creates the danger of dropping the phone because the front flap cannot easily be folded back behind the phone; luckily I was reading in bed and it dropped on the covers. I never did find a comfortable way to hold the phone with one hand while reading.
