This item is works great. I’ll have to see how my plants like it. The lights are bright and light up my greenhouse.

These are great full spectrum lights for my greenhouse, however the timer needs to be reset all the time. I wasn’t able to get out to the greenhouse for three days because of ice and when I got out there the timer had lost 3.5 hours so ofcourse. The lights were not coming on and going off at the appropriate times. I have contacted the company twice to see about getting a new timer. Last I heard they were analyzing my complaint about the timer losing time. That was the second time I heard back from them. Thus far, great lights, lousy timer and not very good customer service!

These are bright lights and I use them in my greenhouse and on my north facing porch where I grow colder growing plants. Using constantly for 2 years and holding up better than my fluorescent grow light bulbs and fixtures have.

Bright enough, but fragile getting bulbs in. Some of the lights didn’t quite fit, and broke one bulb. After checking each, adjusted with pliers the metal, and remaining bulbs screwed in appropriately to connect.

I love these lights! I finally have a yard I can plant a garden in, but needed to supplement the light due to afternoon shade. These were easy to install and my garden has grown so fast since the additional light was added. I went with a third party timer so I could control them from phone and haven't had any issues.

I wanted to wait 6 months to write this review. These put out an amazing amount of light, but they get hot too. Not a bad thing in the winter but it can be a slight inconvenience in the summer if you don't have a big enough swamp cooler. I can see my pepper plants responding to them but it's just not bright enough for cloudy days. The Espird timer that came with it broke after a couple days. That was disappointing since I paid extra to get the same brand timer. But I replaced it with a new timer and haven't had any problems since. Overall these are good lights but you'll need at least 12 for a small area to get adequate light for each plant. As an electrician I feel like I could make something 10x better for a fraction of the cost. But who has the time. I'll probably just order another set to get more light because it's simply just not enough.

(edit) The seller reached out to me to resolve my issues and sent me a replacement for the broken bulb. I'm very happy with the after sale help that I got, and the product is doing great. Changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars because of the great service and good product. (original) I like these string lights. I'm using them as supplemental light on my back porch turned greenhouse for the winter. They seem to put out enough light and my plants have already shown that they like the light as well. The install was pretty easy but a bulb broke when I tried to install it. Overall I'm fairly happy with these lights but I hate that one of the bulbs broke during install. The only reason I didn't give this a higher rater is the broken bulb

Good quality

These lights were used to prolong our growing hours with night light since my greenhouse is located in a somewhat shaded corner of the back yard. Very large mature trees did not stop my plans. Assembly was easy and the timer is working perfectly. Will be ordering a smaller set of six for a outdoor above ground planter box because of our experience with this set

Needs a universal plug adapter however works well in the hot house gives off plenty of light
