This product isn’t working I have bought this item before with no problem but this one is not working and I can’t retur

Complete dud. Suspected batteries supplied were flat, but wasted a few bob buying new ones. Strongly suspect there are no innards at all, such was the deafening silence it produces. A scam device, price based on people (like me) binning it rather than bothering with a refund. The excellent guys at Amazon should not deal with people like this.

Helped a bit but battery didn't last long

Great product, bought this as a temporary hearing aid, until she can get a hospital appointment to repair her NHS one. I was a little sceptical having read other reviews but I thought for the price why not. Now its not a true hearing aid as you'd expect and it does state this on the description. But having to repeat myself several dozen times a day to my mother was getting quite frustrating. She absolutely loves it, she said she feels like she has her life back as she can hear the TV on a normal volume instead of volume 80! And telephone her friends again. It is a little bulky but really its a minor issue.

I also found it to big for my ear what a waste of money

Bought this for my mom, who was struggling with the nhs type hearing aid. These are surprisingly bigger than the nhs one (not good), which meant it was a bit big for her. The unit itself worked but gave a lot of feedback whistles etc, just proving you get what you pay for, it was very cheap so cant complain too much. Sorry but cant recommend on our experience, mom said it was uncomfortable and struggled with her glasses over her ear.

This is a cheap Hearing aid , never worked from pint of receipt and given the Hyenic nature of the device you are not allowed to return it - Money wasted , I have now bought an more expensive product

Livré avec sa boîte où l'on y trouve des piles de rechange et plusieurs embout a oreille aux diamètres différents , ont peut aussi régler le volume et contient un interrupteur on off. Un peut difficile a placer la pile mais suffit juste de pas ouvrir complètement le compartiment afin qu'il se referme quand vous insérez la pile, ouvrez juste assez d'espace pour mettre celle-ci. Sinon fonctionne très bien et il est facile d'usage
