Your paying for something you can print of the computer yourself.
If I knew it was going to be a print out on a sheet of a4 paper from a computer, I would of done it myself! Not worth the money!

Don’t buy. Is a cheap printer copy.
Is clearly a home computer printed copy which I could have done myself! Not worth the money and would beg the question about copyright issues.
