Effective product but hard to swallow
In terms of effectiveness, I feel like they give me a boost that helps me push out slightly bigger sets and heavier weights. But I’ve only been taking it for less than a month so difficult to make a thorough assessment.Knocked off one star because the tablets are enormous (I have never struggled to take tablets before, but these have got stuck in my throat a few times). And took a second star off because one of the tablets is broken so I’ve actually only got 89 1/2, and I’ve only noticed now I’ve got to the bottom of the bottle so it’s too late to return for a refund.

Delivers a punch and works really well as pre-workout addition but if you have problems swallowing large tablets beware. Stick them in a coffee grinder and add to your drink

Tablets are a little big but gives I definetly feel a difference when using this product, usually take about 3 tablets before my work out and that helps improve my performance. You do get the weird pins and needles feeling but that goes away after a few minutes.

If you just take them as directed 2 tablets on its own doesn't do anything but 4 tablets works and delivers the reported itchy feeling. Definitely helps on later sets in a workout
