Used 2 CO2 canisters to fire 8 shots and the magazine jammed inside the gun. I can't get it out so the gun is unusable. Poor workmanship, no ability to return it or receive a replacement. I'd call this a very poor purchase on my part and a total failure on both Amazon's part and that of the manufacturer.

Very good performance with a bit of a learning curve
For the price I think this is a very effective pepper launcher pistol. Very accurate and packs a punch. You must correctly follow the instructions for safety, magazine loading and unloading for it to work properly. I did have to adjust the CO2 canister screw on the bottom so it would puncture the canister before using the pistol. After firing 4 pepper balls at my target, I got itchy watery eyes and experienced an uncontrollable cough from the pepper residue when I went to inspect my target. Make sure you get .43 caliber projectiles for this or they will not fit.

Magazine gets stuck
The magazine gets stuck and won’t release. The safety is on but when I press the button to release the magazine it only pops out a couple millimeters away from the launcher. And I have to use pliers to pull it out the rest of the way. I want to trust and rely on this product but that’s hard when you can’t reload it!
