Good one
Good book...good illustrations..suitable for children above 4...many festivals are covered and description are short .the fonts are big enough ..only thing I felt was that the description though short could have been in small headings which actually gives more clarity rather than going for a monotonous font size

Interesting book
It's a colourful and interesting book. My almost 5-year-old loves to read a couple of chapters every day before bed. It has 2-3 pages per festival and covers the basic facts about them. For e.g. who celebrates when is it celebrated what do people do, and why is it celebrated. All in simple sentences for a child to understand. Sometimes, its something new that I learn too! :)

Good read for kids ageing between 5-8 years..
Good read for kids ageing between 5-8 years.. in today’s age keeping close to our culture is very difficult specially when you stay in nuclear family.. the stories around the festivals are nicely explained for the kids.. the print is appropriate for the kids to take interest and read through.. loved it.. thanks

Love for books..love for Indian festivals
I bought this book for my daughter 3yrs old. We live in the USA and we have very few Indian people to celebrate Indian festivals together. My daughter loves books Which helps her to understand things very easily. She is a curious toddler who wants to know 'why we celebrate this festival?' So I bought this book and she loves it. You may feel that fewer words but the person who is reading to these aged kids should be able to make up a bit story to help them understand well. The best thing was I received a handwritten request to write a review for it. Somebody took an effort to ask about the product. Thank you.
