Easy to put on or remove. Also easy to change temperature or time. Comes with two elastic velcro straps whose purpose is not obvious. Apparently they can be used to better secure the pad. Or you can simply pull them off as they are not needed.

I have pain up and down my arm and been wrapping a small heating pad around it but it wasn't comfortable, didn't work well and was difficult to get it to stay on tight. I really dislike smelly ointments and relief lotions, getting old doesn't have to smell like Florida or a funeral home.I wish I found this sooner. Instant no hassle heat and relief.I find it very comfortable around 135 it melts my pain away but it got a lot more if you're from the deep south. I think it's an excellent value and if I experience any problems I'll be back to update my review bc I was reluctant to buy this based on some reviews but for the price and Amazon being wicked cool about returns there's really nothing to lose. A huge plus is if your arms aren't huge you can use it on forearm and bicep.

This seems to work well. I have a lot of foot bone issues & arthritis & was thrilled to find this contraption. I've tested it but I have yet to try it when I'm in a lot of pain. The only thing that I was a little disappointed about was that the heating wires didn't seem to come all the way into the "top" of the foot area. They were mainly on the sole of the foot and some along the sides. I do end up with pain on the top of my foot so we'll see if the wrap around design holds the heat in well enough to keep it warm all around. The heel cut out is great...one of my big complaints with using a regular heating pad wrapped around my foot was that you'd get "hot spots" at the heel. This eliminates that. So far I'm quite pleased.

Love this unit. It is great for a sore ankle. Easy to put on and take off. Wish it was designed a little differently the plug or cord where it is is sometimes in the way especially if you want to sleep in in in bed.But it does what you want, warms up quick and gives relief where needed and where warm microwave ones did not.

Velcro on toe is not long enough and keeps coming undone. Also the connection to the boot has already broken open on me once. I was able to get it back together, but I've only had it for a few weeks.

These are great, they heat up very quickly and feel very nice on your hands. Got them to help with nail product removal (haven't used they for that purpose yet) but have used them to help with my wrist pain and its a nice pleasant heat that made my wrist pain dull very quickly!

I like it , nice and soft, fits well. BUT its not holding up well, the velcro started coming off and I had to super glue it back on, should have taken a photo before I glued it. If not for that I would give 5 stars. Ive had it just over 2 months.

Ivd been looking for something to warm my feet for SOO long. I am so happy with this product. At first I was skeptical because so many products either weren’t generating enough heat or wouldn't warm up my toes. My feet are finally completely warm and hot. I put a thick winter sock over each foot with the heating pads and its perfect :)
