ok, I took one teaspoon of this and within 5 minutes I was coughing up phlegm that has been in my upper respiratory system all summer. That's amazing as I wasn't expecting that as I bought it to give myself a boost as I have been feeling run down. I am taking deep breaths and not coughing and my lungs feel great! I a tiny bit on my scalp and it feels nice and soothing. I am going to be faithfully taking this morning and night because it doesn't taste awful as I was lead to believe taking Nigella Sativa would be, it's mildly pungent and I will be adding honey because of the health benefits, not to dilute the flavour. I have just one gripe Nigella Sativa is made from the Love-in Mist flower NOT black Cumin. The label has incorrect information so was confusing, were it not for the wonderful reviews I would have bought another brand. I am overjoyed I bought this one and will be recommending it to my family and friends. Than k you for a quality product.

It really didn’t help my knee pain but it was good quality oil to massage the area and it arrived on promised date

Well what can I say except AMAZING... with a combination of Bob's Best and a product called Boswellia, I have found a beautiful match for a really healthy life.Firstly- Bob's oil is wonderful, But take heed folks, it detoxes you very quickly you have to drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins OR they stay in your body!Second- Take your dose up slow to start with whiles getting used to drinking more water, I double dose during times of winter bugs and I stay on the well-side, If you go Red in the face, to much to soon and not enough water.Third- I cant emphasize enough, Drink Plenty of Water, you will even-out once your metabolic settles again, and you will find your balance.Four- Taking Nigella-Sativa your gonna be feeling so good, this is because of the way the oil works, The Sativa part of the name puts it in a family group called the "Canna-binol" (this name might not be exactly right) and we humans have a Canna-Binol Receptor, when you take this oil it recognizes you because of this, so when it is absorbed through your body it is harmless to your cells, only when it finds a foreign body does it go into action, for example when it comes into contact with a tumor it smothers it and the biological reaction that occurs that turns it off, it no longer is effected by sugar proteins and the tumor die.Try Boswellia my 80 yr old mum does not have arthritis any more, her hip joint dont hurt. we both use, Bob's Best and Swanson Boswellia. I spent quite a lot of time looking at reviews of different Black Seed Oils and this one had good reviews. I recommend this as it has a spicy taste without being overwhelming. I take a teaspoon morning and night and actually find myself looking forward to it. It reputedly has many health benefits though for me it's too early to say. I bought my son some too as he applies it to areas he wants his sparse beard to grow in. And my partner is taking it as he has prostrate cancer; he feels very well on it. (Tip: if you have prostrate cancer I'd strongly advise against conventional treatment. Instead, do as my partner did and check out Ben Ong's website for natural ways of treating it - far better for you, and very effective! My partner's PSA levels have continued to drop and he looks healthier than before the diagnosis!)

Very good and nice taste. I combined it with Hempseed oil and Coconut oil for stomach issues so far so good. Don't know long result yet.

Wow! What a difference between the previous Black Cumin Seed oil from Germany that I have been buying from Amazon for a while and this one. The previous oil tasted like the diesel I put in my car and I had to mix it with yogurt to prevent me from gagging. It was very harsh. Bob's Best is very smooth and fine to eat neat from a spoon without mixing with anything. It doesn't taste good but it's not unpleasant.I think the fact that this is organic must make a difference. This is not as cheap but it's certainly streets ahead in quality.

it taste like normal oil to me , not like the black seed oil I usually buy , am used to the peppery taste
