Pedometer is way off
Okay, so, I've been using the watch for 48ish hours now. 2 nights, three days.Pros:Very comfortableThe app is great and clearIt's got a nice screen with interchangeable workout plans (mine is on walking and hiking now but it's preset with walk, run, bike)I like that I have alarm, text alert and preview for FB messenger and reg. Texts and call alertIt does track ***timed*** workouts very wellSleep tracker works fairly wellCharges fast and lasts all dayCons:The pedometer is way off. My walk to the bathroom is not 80 steps! But that doesn't matter much to me. I use the walking work out to track my path and time (like miles and such)Also, I ordered a black band and it came with blue so I had to order a black band speratly

Inexpensive basic fitness tracker
It keeps great time and the battery life is awesome. It syncs up to your phone quickly too. Downfall is there is no way to change or add sleep hours. It says that it records sleep from one day to the next but you have to start sleeping sometime in the PM in order for it to record it - which doesn't help shift workers working nights and sleeping during the day. And the heart rate monitor is another confusing feature. It works and it assesses your heart rate but I'm not sure how accurate it would be taking it from the top of your arm instead of your wrist area. There are no monitor points on the band, just on the unit itself. Definitely not something I'm used to as I've tried the Jawbone by Up for a few versions. This is an inexpensive version for anyone who is just looking for a basic activity counter that displays time. For those who want accuracy and take their fitness training seriously, don't buy this.

Good for the price and functional, but far from perfect.
The basic functionality is good; however, there are problems with using it and there is much room for improvement. On the plus side, both steps and heart rate are evidently accurate under all conditions in a week of use. Evidently too, it is indeed waterproof. I regularly wore it this week when in the shower, and twice inadvertently submerged it in the bath-- all without any damage or loss of functionality.Unpredictably, the device can, at times, take more than 24 hours to sync current data with its own IOS application and with other connected apps on IOS. This is particularly true of sleep data, but it applies to a somewhat lesser extent to activity data as well. There is no way to correct this-- manually syncing does not help.Though there a number of activity modes, dance being of particular interest to me, there is no mode for the very common activity of circuit training (or any of the component activity like resistance training).

Starting my 3rd year with this brand of fitbit...
So, in 2017, when I purchased my first of this brand it was great. Then it stopped working. I contacted the seller and they replaced it. Unfortunately the replacement didn't work. I was just about to write the device and seller off when the seller immediately sent me two more units. One used and one new. Plugged them both in and decided to wear the used one first. It worked great for nearly for over a year. When it quit accepting a charge I put on the new one and am still wearing it. Hopefully they worked out the bugs (mostly related to charging) and they certainly stood behind their product. I'm good with that.

Worth it.
I paid about 14$ and I have not been disappointed. I charged it when I first got it over 2 weeks ago and have only needed to charge it one more time! It tracks most of my steps... I don’t think it’s 100% accurate but it’s pretty darn accurate! It’s very inspiring. It helped me realize how little steps I get daily and has pushed me to reach 10k a day! But it.

It is a great value
I love most things about this watch. One thing I was unhappy with was that I have to keep remembering to go into my app and sync the data or I lose it. I think it should be doing that automatically. Every now and then my sleep data doesnt track or my steps for that matter. And I have trouble getting my texts on it at times. Other than that the watch is everything it's supposed to be. I think with the sport records, it should record distance that I can look up later and keep track of and it doesnt do that.

It's okay for the money
Although this is waterproof, it doesn't work well to swim in it. The water passing over or hitting the display makes the device think it's being given commands, and it behaves randomly. It's good to keep a record of your heart rate while exercising. If it's not in exercise mode, it gives a heart rate only about once every six minutes. The sleep record is not very trustworthy. It's not clear what the differences between deep sleep, light sleep, and "awake" sleep are.

Lasted longer than expected
I bought this 1 1/2 years ago. It's done me just fine until now. It's starting to experience inconsistent problems connecting itself to the app, which prevents me from viewing my activity and changing the times of the alarms I've set.No strong opinion either way. It lasted longer than I expected for the price. I'll be looking to buy something else to replace it soon.
