What is the weight and dimensions for this ball?

The balls are slightly bigger than a normal tennis ball. As I bought these over a year ago I really don't remember the weight - possibly similar to an adult tennis ball. I bought them for my grandson who was approx. 3 years old. I would think they would be suitable for 3-9 years old. Not really meant for serious tennis.

Can I use these balls to train indoors as an adult at beginner level?

Hi, these balls are ideal for a beginner to practice their technique as they sit up to be hit. They are quite light though so be aware that a normal tennis ball will be heavier when you hit it.

Good for short tennis

Large spongy balls great for short tennis. They are slightly larger than tennis balls. We play with older people indoors and these are ideal as they do not damage walls tvs etc. Reasonable value for money
