There was no reed with the bag pipe, neither in the pipe nor left in the packaging. I'm trying to find out from Shyne Kilts the last few days via msg on Facebook if they are supposed to be with it to sound better, because I am getting contradicting replies from the community. There is no phone number for Shyne Kilts. I hope they get back to me soon.

very disappointed by this product. The part you blow is too long with the result the rest are hanging at his knees. It only arrived two days ago and it is falling apart. My grandson is only two but he loves pipes as his father is a piper. very disappointed would not recommend these to anyone

Good buy. Grandson loves them but not the easiest for a three year old to blow
