I wanted to try out this natural retinol. I’ve been using a drugstore retinol night cream for years, with amazing results. This one by Dr Zenovia is just ok, I’m not a fan of the scent which smells a little sour and a little herbal. I don’t believe it has any intended fragrance but whatever ingredients in there doesn’t smell great, at least it dissipates quickly. The product is just not as effective as the OTC brand sold at half the price. The color and texture is similar to ROC 5 in 1 restoring night cream so I’m not thrown off by the beige color of the Dr Zenovia cream. It doesn’t stain or anything and it’s not like foundation. It’s rich and moisturizing going on; it absorbs quickly with zero greasiness. You may even need a cream layer on top in the winter.I didn’t have the usual sloughing off of skin the first two weeks as my skin adjusted. I’ve used the entire tube in about two months. I used this all over my face, neck and back of my hands. You can definitely stretch this bottle out to about 3 months if used nightly on the face. My skin looks healthy but not amazing like with other retinol creams. Retinol usually makes my skin look like new skin after about a month. With this my skin just looks moisturized like I take care of it. It’s not amazing. For the price, I don’t think I would repurchase it.If you’re looking for something gentle and good for sensitive skin or if OTC retinol creams have made you break out in the past, maybe start off with this before you move on to stronger stuff.

This seems like a concentrated night repair cream. When I apply this before I go to bed it seems to absorb into my skin easily, my face then blushes slightly. It doesn't burn or feel irritated. I do turn red easily when hot, etc. so maybe it is just my skin. I does feel lightly moisturizing and applies easily. I don't notice any scent. It is not a very large container of lotion but does not take very much product. I feel like the price is high.

I have a routine I’m currently using at night that involves Dr. Zenovia products. Everything is going quite well. My face is clear and looking healthy and vibrant.The Night Repair Treatment is helping keep my face look plump, clear and radiant in the mornings. I only use one pump at night. It is a bit pricey, which is a huge factor when I choose products, but for a professional brand product that gives exceptional results, I realize I will have to pay a higher price.HOW I USE:1 - Cleanse my face2 - I use  Dr. Zenovia 10% Glycolic Acne Peel Pads 3 - Then I finish my night with  Dr. Zenovia Inflam-Aging Night Repair Treatment  and  Dr. Zenovia Aloe Vera Blemish Soothing Moisturizer Lotion - Aloe Vera Gel .EXPIRATION DATE: NONE!I always check for expiration dates before using, ESPECIALLY with any skin care products. The expiration date tells me whether a product has been sitting somewhere on a shelf or an idea of when manufactured for distribution. UNFORTUNATELY, this product does not have any EXPIRATION DATE anywhere on the packaging or the product itself.

When I first dispensed this cream I was confused by the color. It has the color and texture of foundation ! As a night cream I found this odd as I didn't really want to apply anything tinted that could potentially stain my pillow. However, the color absorbs sheer, and this cream really does leave a subtle yet visible glow. While it isn't a super heavy moisturizer, it has a light refreshing feel after a nightly face wash and very little scent. As I mentioned in the title, I will likely try this out in the day as well!

I have been using the Hormonal Dermatology Inflam-Aging Night Repair Treatment for a little over a week. The formula has been described as a "catch-all" formula that can be used as a part of any skincare regimen as it addresses a variety of issues such as skin aging, acne, rosacea, irritation, collagen loss, etc. I used the formula for three nights and then needed to take a break for a few as it did seem to leave my skin a bit dry. I have since restarted and do notice that it seems to help with elasticity and the tone of my skin. It appears that the surface of my skin was dehydrated and once fully exfoliated my skin is looking better. I do wish the container was 3 oz as I feel that would allow me to see if it is truly something my skin will respond well to. 1.5 ounces of cream does not seem to be enough. I do think it is beneficial but I am not yet confident it is living up to the product description results to be expected.

This lotion is moisturizing to the face, but is very expensive for what it is. I can't tell any difference from this lotion to another way cheaper nighttime face lotion that I've used in the past.

I am not a chemist but I do have a very sensitive and acne prone skin. Like many people who suffer from cystic acne, I know the ingredients that trigger my skin.In this case, it is fragrance free- which is great.Not alcohol free though. It also contains palmitic oil, which may contribute to cystic acne for some.
