Just right for the job of egg frying and a sensible price as well. This slice seems harder than the traditional black nylon slice so might last longer than the one I chucked out. 15 years will be tough to beat but I'll update my review if it does last that long..

Sturdy and well I used this style of spoon in catering college and didn't realise how much I missed it. Better than wood as it doesn't stain! Good for everything to be honest.With regards to others stating it isn't suited to high heats, I have had no issues whatsoever. With many kitchen utensils, how many can you leave unattended? I think most things will end up damaged with careless cooking practices.A bad craftsmen blames his tools.Absolutely love this.
