It is my very first time that I bought this product , I wanted to try after watching that film on NETFLIX about the Guru Ramdev , I must say I love itI had 1 big tea Spon to a luckewarm Oat Milk , NOT heated via the mirowave of cours , that will kill of the benefices of it .I take it befor bed time once a day .

Longevity elixir, it has a sweet and lightly spicy taste. I use it to boost my immune system and for digestive issues.

Sandy gritty texture, won't buy again.

I have used this product one time before and this one has completely different colour and texture. How can same company have so much difference in the quality of the product. It seems duplicate - it has lots of stone line pieces which get stuck in teeth and then I can't chew them. They feel like stones and some kind of sand in the mouth. It is very adulterated
