This works! No need for professional clean!
So my builders ruined my porcelain floor trapping in dirt and grout and not sealing it. I cleaned and scrubbed but it still had stains and my stunning monochrome ‘lobby’ floor lost all appeal. I did a lot of research and found others had the same problem and resolved it with a franchise the tile doctor. I emailed but no response. I got more and more irritated and desperate. So looked up chemical floor restorer and found this. It just arrived and I did a super quick test patch with a scrubbing brush (felt like Cinderella) I poured it neat on loads of dirt came up. I waited 10 mins it says ‘don’t let it dry’ pulled gloves on as this is chemical. And voila! A tiny mark I can still see on it but as this was a quick test I’m hopeful to have better effect when I do properly. But already it has lifted horrid stains on the white part which now looks less cream and more as my design intended. I’ll do the full floor this weekend and I will clear the space and mop it first so the chemical has nothing in its way to work and I’ll do it in patches so it doesn’t dry. The space is vast so I hope I have enough. Will be their tile protector too. My tiles are porcelain. For those unsure it’s so cheap compared to professional clean you have nothing to lose and all to gain ! Good luck I may do an update picture or video!

Good job considering the age of the floor
The media could not be loaded. The red tiles are over 100 years old so think its done a good job there. The white smaller tiles are considerably cleaner.Did 1 diluted was about 1:8 with water and a neat wash. The soak it it up and washed with water twice. Also used a hard brush for a drill and a scraper to remove paint splashes.

Good Product
Doing a bit of research, this came out the top item to clean old original tiled floors. I don't think the tiles in my new home had ever been cleaned correctly. Brings them up, but not as much as I expected, but I think that is just due to lack of cleaning over the years. Good product.

Does a great job of cleaning
Definitely did a good job of cleaning our 1930s tiles that had decades of carpet cover and god knows what before that. You can clearly see where has and hasn't been done, even without leaving it to work, just scrub on, clean off. I used brush and black pad attachments for a drill to save the elbow grease!I'll give it another go over before sealing to hopefully make colours pop

Prepare to scrub
Does clean but doesn’t restore. The colours dont shine brighter but does remove dirt, my tiles are apparently almost 100 yrs old so im pleased some dirt came off, - mind you I did scrub for a while to get this result. The smell is strong and leaves a lingering scent.I had better expectations of the product but it isn’t terrible, sort of does the job.

Wow, what a product - tiles like new
Easy to apply, just use a scrubbing brush but make sure you use gloves. I couldn't believe how quickly and well it worked.

Amazing product
This is an amazing product. The before and after can say it all only using the mop. I would recommend the scrubbing brush as per instructions to get a perfect result. I would have to do that again but it is already superb. Collected to two buckets of very black dirty water. Cant recommend enough
