When I originally purchased this item, it arrived damaged. It was slightly dented at the top and two of the shelves were bent. When I reached out to customer service, they immediately corrected the problem in a timely fashion. The unit performs as expected, and I have no complaints about the quality. I would highly recommend using this supplier.

I use this warmer several times a week and I love it. The light did finally burn out after 2 years but it still works the same. When this stops working I will get the 3 tired one.

This works great for our school concession stand. And holds 3 Costco size pizzas. The only issue I have with it, is the bottom rack gets WAY too hot & has burned pizza that was on there. However, This may be do to operator error & I just need to figure out the correct settings.

It works great, for what I use it for. I will be getting another one for my churros.

This food warmer does not meet the standard I expected. After two weeks of normal use, the lightbulb stopped working. A week later the lightbulb in the rocker switch stopped working as well. The thermostat was working until we could not find a suitable number to stabilize the heating temperature, then kaput...it's dead. I ordered this food warmer for my restaurant in January 2021...it stopped working on February 14th. The seller, Yescom, responded with a standard e-letter and never even address the issue regarding the inoperability of the equipment. It appears that they can't speak English very well or don't care that I bought the sub-standard product from them. Amazon should look into this seller and find out their return policy which states that the Return Window expired on February 13th, one day before the food warmer stopped working. After pointing out the design defects and asking them to send the part so that I may repair the equipment, they continue to me.

I used this product in our little league concession stand for pizza. It kept it warm and worked great

This is big and powerful…. Works very well and keeps everything at its perfect temperature. Will definitely be ordering from you guys again.

The warmer is great however when I received it the top shelf rails were broke. I was in such a time crunch that I got my uncle to apply some JB Weld to fix the problem or I would have returned it. Overall this warmer is fabulous, but be aware that this is the 3rd one that me or someone I know has order and the rails were broke.

If you use an infra-red thermometer, you will instantly notice that the temperature is not uniform throughout. It needs to be. This is crucial to keep food warm, regardless of the shelf chosen, and mustn't cook or dry out. It was woefully inadequate. Thankfully, due to Amazon backing, I was able to return and get a full refund. Do not buy.

I bought this for my pizza shop, but use for only few days as the circuit doesn't work properly ,and couple of times contact with the seller. but poor after sale services. As well as cheap quality product so highly recommend not to buy this for commercial use

The pizza oven is great but the magnet for the doors is not great so the doors don't stay closed.
