Strong and has varying height adjustments
It is strong and sturdy. I bought it recommended by my Osteopath to help loosen my tight calf muscles and Achilles’ tendon.Been using it for about 10 minutes each day and will gradually increase this.It has three positions too which is helpful, plus can be reversed to use as small of the back support.

its ok but Found my legs knock together when standing upright, the space for your feet need to be further apart in my opinion.

Simple and efficient
It is a simple and efficient tool to stretch calves as long as you follow the instructions. Far better stretch than with stairs or against wall. Recommended for plantar fasciitis

Not my best purchase. Feet slip out!
I bought this to help with my plantar fasciitis. For most people it is probably fine, but to get a good stretch I need to stretch forwards whilst on it to touch the floor ahead. More times than not, the feet flip out and I end up face planting! A bit dangerous for me.

Leider nicht für empfindliche Füße geeignet
Lieferung war schnell und Ware gut verpackt. Leider ist das Brett nur für gesunde Füße geeignet. Die Noppen sowie der Rest des Brettes sind aus Hartplastik und verursachen starke Schmerzen unter den Füßen, vor allem aber an der Ferse. Deshalb muss ich es leider zurück schicken.
