Does it come with a changing pad?

There was not a changing pad in my bag.

Does it have a wet pouch for dirty clothes?

No it does not and it's very tiny. I don't recommend it. All compartments are inside of the bag, the only space that is on the outside of the bag can hold 3 small bottles or juice, that's it.

Will the insulated pockets fit an 8oz bottle or sippy cup?

It fits an 8 oz dr brown bottle with the lid. That’s the tallest it will work with. Also fits the Avent 11oz bottles that are wide!
