I bought this product thinking that is would do something to help my hair. I see absolutely no difference after using this product for a while. If you like spending your money on expensive candy then this is the place. Don't waste your time or money if you are trying to strengthen or grow or make any changes to your hair. This vitamin does absolutely nothing other than give you added calories from all the sugar in it. Ok I came back on the review because it was so important for me to add this. My worst nightmare came to life. I decided to give the notion another try so I went ahead and ordered another bottle. Acne hell broke out on my face and literally destroyed me mentally. The only acne I've even had before was the occasional once a month that time of month.. a couple of weeks after starting to take the biotin I started breaking out in a heavy case of acne. I didn't know what was wrong with me. I was scheduled to start medication. I couldn't believe in my mind twenties I was struck with heavy acne. Finally after putting the pieces together I realized it's from the biotin. I know it sucks that they dont have much reviews on here about this product. But I urge you please read over 2000 reviews on similar products of people breaking out from biotin. Please just be careful and if you do decide to get this, please if you see any changes to your skin then know its from the biotin. And no my hair is the same and my face looks like hell. I would literally sue them for not having the acne side effect written. I missed my close friends wedding because I got to a point where the acne caused me so much social anxiety that I was to ashamed to leave my house and be seen in public.

Prima di dare una recensione ho voluto provare il prodotto per un mese e devo dire incredulo che qualche risultato sembra ci sia. Le unghie ricrescono più rapidamente e sembra che anche i capelli dove crescevano lentamente, ora sembrano più lunghi. Do 4 stelle perché ho già ricomprato il prodotto è voglio provarlo per un altro mese e se il risultato migliora ancora ci saranno 5 stelle di sicuro. Consiglio di provarlo. Bottle looks half empty when it arrived. Was completely sealed but felt it was a waste of packaging and do I really need to open it and count the contents? I hope the person receiving this gift is satisfied.
