Perfect aid to cooking meat
Worth every penny to see that your huge chunk of meat has reached to correct safety level of heat in the centre. I wouldn't cook a haunch of venison without it. Its easy to use and clean.

Accurate and fast
Use it in the brew mash (homebrew). It has a large display and readings react quickly. Ive checked it against a spirit thermometer and it matches that.The on/off switch is very sensitive - even brushing it, turns it on so I remove the battery when I've finished my brew.
