This seems to have worked to reduce the pain I get from an arthritic hip. There may be other factors at work, so I wouldn't make exaggerated claims for this.

I was recommended to take these as they seem to help others, am giving them a try as I didn't like the side effects from steroid injections!!!! I certainly havnt noticed any increase in pain so they must be helping.
