I saw this belt reviewed on a YT video for relieving back pain (specifically SI joint pain) so thought I would give it a try without high expectations. I have suffered with lower back pain for over 20 years, been to lots of specialists and have learnt to just "live with pain".You wear the belt lower than a standard belt and it fits tightly under clothes, I wear suit trousers for work and you can't see it.The results whilst not 100% alleviating the pain for me, makes a SIGNIFICANT impact. Far greater relief than I expected from such a simple device. It helps greatly with my posture and keeps me a lot more upright.If you do suffer from back pain I can't recommend this enough for the low cost. I have been wearing it every day since buying it and am really amazed by the results. I am not in anywhere near the level of discomfort. If you suffer from lower back pain, buy it!

This might change my life! I had lumbar stabilisation but was left with ongoing SI pain - I was reluctant to try the belt as physios had recommended one before surgery and it actually caused more pain. I am so glad I did buy this because wearing it cuts down the hip and leg pain hugely and even after I take it off the pain takes a while to return. It gives me much better mobility when I wear it and I have even done some gardening without the usual agony that kicks in later. It is wearable on the loo if you put it on under your clothes - for me this has been most helpful because it alleviates the low back pain that straining normally causes.

Product arrived on time and looks and works as expected. I have suffered with SPD during pregnancy and this belt was recommended by my midwife. Really helps to relieve the pain and supports my pelvis and back allowing me to function relatively normally. Can get a little uncomfortable if worn all day as I do but I find this can be relieved by remind the belt for a few minutes before replacing.

Every one has an SI joint and lots of things can aggravate it. Being pregnant is one of the major causes and so its marketed towards pregnant women but men can also get SI problems from a wide range of things.My symptom's are a muscular ache across the width of my lower back that burns more and more as I walk or lift things. After about 10 minutes of work I had to stop and rest my back. If that sounds familiar then do some research on the SI joint and see if you may have the same problem. The belt stabilises and supports the back muscles and so the effect is instant. It does not take all the pain away but it means I can work pretty much normally again so its worth its weight in gold. Better than pain killers.The belt is well made and I have worn it for a month now and it looks like it will last. If worn properly it is hardly noticeable except for its beneficial effect. You can wear it all day and as it goes under your clothes, no one will know. It goes a bit lower then the normal trouser belt level. It does have some thick edges on the Velcro but if you line it up properly they wont touch you as they should be in the middle of the belt. Line them up badly and they will dig in so don't just slap the belt on, put in on properly.Look up SI joint problems as it has some different symptoms that I don't get. If you think you have the problem then this is a very good belt to help you carry on with work.

I've been suffering from sciatica and piriformis syndrome during my pregnancy and got this belt before I could see any physio or chiropractor. After only wearing the belt for a few days it has made a significant difference. I can now walk pain-free and have actually found it has made the symptoms almost disappear! Fits nice and tight on the hip, under the bump and makes me feel very secure and supported. Quite amazing for £40. If you're suffering, give it a go!

More expensive than regular maternity belts but it's better for your ligaments and muscles and stabilises the hip and pelvic area. I do think it helps me to walk (nearly) painfree during pregnancy while suffering from pelvic girdle pain.I am now wearing it whenever I leave the house and sometimes indoors, depending on how much walking I do. Definitely recommended.

I took a gamble on this belt, I'm used to things not helping with my weak back. But I have to say it has transformed my life. I now realise that other back supports have been constricting my muscles and actually worsening my condition after a while. This belt supports in the right spot and allows my muscles to continue working to support me and they are actually getting stronger. Sure, I ache a bit during and after a two mile brisk walk but I recover the following day and am ready to go again. I hope it works for you.

Nach einer ISG-Blockade mit Beckenschiefstand hab ich mir zur Unterstützung diesen Gurt gekauft. Es gibt eine Bedienungsanleitung, welche zwar in Englisch geschrieben ist, aber dennoch mit Bildern angezeigt und somit einfach umzusetzen ist. Auch ohne würde man Recht schnell das System verstehen meiner Meinung nach. Der Gurt war sein Geld wert, hab ihn jetzt 1 1/2 Tage getragen (mit Unterbrechungen) und fühle mich wesentlich besser..stabiler, gerader, schmerzbefreiter. Da ich in der Pflege arbeite, werde ich den Gurt sicherlich auch öfter auf Arbeit tragen.

I am a runner and walker and put in over 30,000 steps per day. I have low back pain and I do not hold myself in straight alignment therefore this starts a chain of issues. I purchased the SEROLA Belt and wore it all day yesterday and noticed an improvement in my pain and comfort level. It is certainly worth trying if you are having issues.
