Good product
Delivered to time scale. Flat roof extension looks good and so far leak has stopped with mild showers. But waiting for heavy rain. Took my time and brushed it on with ease. Covers well. Roof surface looks much better too.

Great choice!
Used on a very old tiled roof. Surprisingly easy to apply (I used a brush) and looks good. You can lay it on thicker where you need to. I've got another to do so I'll use more of this product.

Flat concrete roof
I have only put one coat on my roof but impressed with just the one coat. It has done exactly what I needed, to reseal the bitumen already cracked from the concrete expanding. Easy to apply, edges with a brush and used a roller for big areas.

Difficult to keep mixed as you apply it
Difficult to mix and achieve homogenous suspension of the reinforcing fibres in the acrylic liquid. And then to spread, and at the same time maintain the even distribution of the fibres in the suspension contained in the tub or bucket. (I am a Process Engineer with an HND and 40 years experience in industrial processing, with qualifications in Chemistry and Materials Science) To wit - the two components are immiscible (do not react to form one homogenous solution), instead, remain a partial suspension, because of the diverse densities, are prone to separate after mixing and during use, by brushiing or rollering on. Hence, repeated stirring was required every few minutes, in just a 15 minute job. More so in hot weather, as the solvent becomes less visous. It took repeated stirring as-you-go, in order to maintain a mix, which is tedious and hard work - seeing how viscous the mix is. The material badly peeled in just one year (even if it were applied as a thinner layer), I would put this down to the difficulty to keep the product mixed as you apply it, because the solvent and fibres, simply go their own way, and hence, creating an uneven distribution of the reinforcing fibres in the acyrlic solution. Perhaps an expert roofer might do better at keeping it mixed, but not ideal otherwise. Considering the cost £50 / 10 litre, I would on another occassion, instead, refelt with a top quality material, with a 30 year guarantee, which is cheaper than doing it 6 x with a 5 year guarantee

Coverage ok
Not easy to brush on, quite a thick consistency. I found it easier to use a plasterer’s trowel, which gave an even cover over the coarse felt already laid on the roof.

Doesn't last over 2 to 3 years
This start cracking and lifting after year 2 ....seen this a few times now on different roofs...would use a bitumen product they seem to last alot longer
