Review: Excellent book - Easy to follow instructions, great informative illustration. Very useful to develop a balanced exercise routine. Review: Great educators and definers.. - I love this range of books. As A PT it's always good to refer back for A&P knowledge and keeping your skills updated. Never think you know it all! If you're using the gym alone too and you want to make sure you're using the correct form then these books are a big help! Don't waste money on other books that promise information and guidance then deliver very little other than advertising the author...

Good advice
Good clear illustrations but unlike a video no motivational music must confess have not used it as much as I should. Keep promising myself that I will try harder.

Loved the diagrams
I am a gym nut. Loved the diagrams. Would recommend this book to anyone who is just starting at the gym. Also recommended for those of us who are a bit older and may have forgotten some of the muscle groupings.

Clear, concise, informative and fun!
As a seasoned, active, mature reader, heading towards retirement, I was impressed with the range of activities and the clear instructions showing what muscle groups were working towards a toned body. The do's and dont's boxes are brilliant as a quick reference guide, as are the diagrams and labels of muscle groups engaging in the activity. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to take up a bespoke exercise programme. This book is brilliant!
