Good
This is great if you like cooking teriyaki. I don’t drive, so being able to order this to the house is very helpful. Good flavour and quality and much cheaper than buying the tiny ones at the supermarket!

Looks/Smells good
I'm not an expert with stuff like this, but this seems to be good quality and authentic. I use it for a Oyakodon recipe and it turned out pretty well. Delivery was good with no damage or spoiling to the bottle.

Mirin for everyday job
For the price I paid for 1 litre, this is a good everyday mirin for use in dishes. There are much better and worse mirins out there. But this is ok for everyday fare.

Great for many Dishes
I use this in many different dishes and it's great. I will point out there are a lot of confused reviews on here saying the bottles are out of date, the Japanese calendar is in the reverse of the UK one so the ones I have seen pictured have been well in date :)

Good quality Mirin
This is supposed to be one of the better quality Mirin's, and it should be at £22.99. I must also add that is is a litre which is good, so hopefully will last a while.I have not cooked with it as I have only recieved it today, but will be following a chinese recipe with it tommorrow. I have tasted a little of it with the teaspoon and it does taste and smell nice. Not the fake sugary sickly sweet taste like other Mirins. I will update once I cook with it.Thanks
