The media could not be loaded.  This is honestly one of the best tasting tomatoes, we always go back to this variety. Ripens to a lovely dark brown with a rich and acidic flavour. Excellent germination and healthy plants.

Taste of product when grown

I'm well pleased with this purchase. The price was very good, the deliver was quick and efficient.I gave 4 stars, not 5, because I haven't yet seen the results (not even planted the seeds!) and there's just an outside chance they may not be what I wanted.But if they turn out to be right (and I fully expect they will) then I'd give a minimum of 5 stars!

I like to live dangerously. Having seen/heard positive reviews of these, I ordered seeds very, very late - at the very end of June. After sowing half-a-dozen seeds which I think all germinated, 5 or 6 weeks later the two seedlings I have kept in the greenhouse are now sturdy 24 inch tall plants. Despite the dull summer here so far I am hopeful that I will get at least a few tomatoes to ripen before autumn arrives. If the tomatoes deserve all the praise heaped on them I will plant the seeds earlier next year.Premier Seeds have always supplied me with good seeds that have done well.

First off, the seeds are of very good quality. All seeds I planted germinated and grew into prolific, healthy plants. The reason for the three stars is that 6 out of 7 plants turned out to be Black Plum variety and only 1 Black Cherry. The seeds were labelled as Black Cherry, as ordered, but clearly there's been a mix up somewhere in the bagging process.Luckily the Black Plum tomatoes are pretty tasty and I've never seen a crop like it, so it's not a total loss, but still a little annoying.

61 more seeds than expected. I put 2-3 in each lil section of starting compost. I watered every other day / daily if needed. I put on a lower shelf of my grow house and covered each tray with domes. After about 2 weeks I had some lil shoots another week I took the domes off and even more shot up its been just over month now and I have 38 lil seedlings / shoots.

Ordered and received very promptly in October 2023. However, the package says sow by September 2023.I contacted the seller and they assured me that it was a typo and could be sown before 2025.I have sown and none have germinated.Other seeds from this company hve been okay but this batch was dodgy.

Viel schreiben kann ich noch nicht, da die Samen gerade erst ausgetrieben haben und es noch eine ganze Weile dauern wird bis die ersten Tomaten wachsen. Auf jeden Fall bin ich sehr gespannt.

Nach mehreren Keimversuchen ist nicht ein einziger Samen aufgegangen.Mit ein wenig Ausschuss rechnet man ja, aber das es nicht ein einziger Samen Schaft ist schon mehr als traurig und wir sind keine Anfänger .
