Very good product that's why I return again and again to purchasing it. The perfect amount of vitamins,omega 3 and energy. I feel amazing everyday I take it and I have no breakfast either and keeps me going until 12:30 no worries until I have lunch. Totally recommend this product!

Doesn’t taste of anything, size is quite big but easy to swallow, easy to pop out of foil tin, can reserve the vitamin content online before you buy, you get a lot for the price, bargain

These came pretty well packaged and the shipping container wasn't harmed at all but when I opened them a couple of the omega 3 pills are surrounded by some of their own liquid...so hopefully just an odd manufacturing defect cause I opened one of those and when squeezed it doesn't appear to leak.Otherwise, convenient packaging for a month and the multis seem good quality with a coating so you don't have a gross taste. Pretty good buy.

Really recommend this product. My nails are so strong.Also got omega 3 in which is good for your heart and vision .Gives you extra vigour as well.

Help with my joints and energy levels. Good brand - have them delivered monthly
