Yokai Watch Season 1 Watch

I purchased this for my friends son who is totaly mad on these things, they were struggling to find one in the shops. Im not too familiar with the TV show but the packaging states that you can experience the world of Yo-kai Watch with the "Yo-kai Watch" and Medals. My firends so sat and told me that on the cartoon you can summon summon the Yo-kai "imaginary characters", and when he used the medals with watch it played different sounds, some music, and spoke a few phrases. All he had to was to put one of the medals which had a picture of a Yo-kai on it, into the watch, you then get to hear the character's name, a tribal song and a few more sounds, he thought this was awesome. This box contains: The Yo-kai Watch Two Yo-kai Medals Instruction Booklet Batteries Included ( 3 x 1.5v A76 Alkaline) He told me that you can but and collect more medals each with it's own character. And now he could pretend to be just lke the kid on the show lol, to say he loves this is an understatement Safety Warning: The box states that this is only suitable for kids aged 4 and up. I got my son this yokai watch for his birthday. He played with a friends at school and really enjoyed it. I got one from amazon warehouse deals so it was surprisingly cheap. When these first come out they were around £20 for the watch from memory. I got mine for £7. It comes with a few discs but the blind packs you can buy to get other characters are usually under £1 now. My son loves it and thinks it's great however, few criticisms. 1 ITs loud and no volume control 2 buying more discs is an annoying marketing ploy everyone seems to be doing recently and it just annoys me. 3 the securing fasten isn't ideal for the age child this is aimed at. Partially I'll fitting due to #4 4 the top side is huge and weighty and just slips backwards when a disc is pushed into it. My son enjoys it, but I think more thought could have gone into the design.

My 5 year old Yo-Kai fan is thrilled. It comes with two Yo-Kai medalliums. Whisper and Jibanyan. Whisper doesn't have a song so when you put it in it says "what's up my corporeal friend, I am Whisper". When you put Jibanyan in it plays his song for the type of Yo-Kai he is 'charming'. If you've seen the show, you know the little song that Jibanyan dances to. If you have other medalliums they play their song type. Then they say their name and some of them will say a line from the show. Jibanyan says "JIBANYAN! I'm kinda busy right meow." Make sure when you put the medal in that you line it up otherwise you'll hear 'ah ah ah' like Whisper is telling you that it's wrong.

Purchased for my son at Christmas. Yo Kai Watch is his favourite so he was delighted when Santa delivered it. Good price too, beat all other retailers.

Fits my son's rather large wrists well. This item arrived with 2 different discs, with more available separately. He plays with it from time to time but is less taken with it after attempting to play the YoKai Watch Nintendo Game, which he didn't find as engaging as we all expected. I will also warn the adults that this should be purchased with either ear-plugs or noise-cancelling headphones for the adults in the house. The same sound over and over again, (whilst thrilling to most children), tends to annoy even the most zen adult.

Great toy however if you don't out the disks in exactly perfectly the right way, they get stuck and you're going to. Struggle to get them out. So far I've had 3 kids jam them in and I've had to pry them out. Other than that, any yo kai fans will love it

Really happy with this watch my son loves it. It feels well made for the money which felt like a bargain. This is to be used with the medals you can get either in blind bags or with the figues. You slot them in and it makes sounds from what the characters make in the tv series.

J'ai acheté cette "montre" pour les 6 ans de mon fils qui la voulait depuis Noël. Après avoir lu les commentaires, j'ai bien compris qu'il s'agissait de la version anglaise. Je l'ai tout de même achetée et cela ne dérange absolument mon fils qui est heureux au possible depuis samedi avec! Honnêtement version anglaise ou française ça ne fait pas énormément de différence ett pour moitié prix de celle que l'on trouve dans le commerce, cela vaut largement le coup (il suffit de dire à l'enfant qui s'en rend compte que l'on souhaite qu'il apprenne l'anglais ;) ).

Me ha gustado por su sencillez y mi nieto lo pasa bien, pero no del todo, ya que al haberlo enviado desde Londres, el Yokay solo habla inglés y mi nieto aún no lo entiende y estamos pensando comprarle uno en El Corte Inglés de Valencia Muy cómodo de llevar no es, lo veo un poco aparatoso

Ma fille adore les yo-kai mais la montre est en anglais. Decevant car nous avions trouvé la même montre en français dans un magasin d'escompte pour 4$. Malheureusement elle l'a perdu, donc j'ai commandé celle-ci, mais dispendieuse à comparer la première achetée.
