Can this be used on tyres fitted with tpms valves ?

Yess it can as it is a water based product that can be easily removed from the inside of tyres, TPMS sensors etc.

Would this work on a wheelbarrow?

I think this would work on any tyre with a valve to blow it up. I used it on a mobility scooter
