Does this cover dark brown hair without bleaching it beforehand?

You would need to pre lighten, I have dark blonde hair and I still bleach first otherwise its not as vibrant, I use the xxl absolute platinum

Will this product cover grey hairs?

Yes and no I'm pretty grey and it does cover and the colour is good but my hair also looks like I have some highlights where some of the grey stands out more, I think its quite a nice effect so am happy with it.

Can I mix this colour with developer vol 30? I have dark hair and want to lighten it whilst depositing the purple color into it ?

No. This is just a pigment/colour depositor. You have to bleach your hair first otherwise there’s literally no point.
