I have been using it for over a year now for curries etc. it is easier to use than coconut milk and helpful if you want the sauce a bit thicker and stronger.

Makes really good quality flavourful coconut milk and doesn’t take up too much cupboard space. It’s also easy to use. Tinned coconut milk varies hugely in quality and this is consistently good.

Nice & creamy. Only drawbacks are just like other powdered coconut milk brands, it contains maltodextrin & sodium casainate. Perhaps these help solidify & preserve the product.

Save space and money. The bag takes up much less space than the equivalent cans of coconut milk, and yu can just use what you need, which can be mixed according to directions or simply added dry! Brilliant!
