Big Book of Christmas Songs for Flute

Biggest thing is these are all really straightforward with a good helping of some challenging ones with tempo and keys.But it was great to pull from when I was looking for music to play at a nursing home and didn’t need to put in a ton of practice.Fun assortment of songs!

Fun music book! The songs, ‘I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas’ and ‘All I Want for Christmas is My Two Front Teeth’ weren't in the book (two of my youngest daughters favorite Christmas songs) but this book has a lot of good Christmas songs. 4 stars because the full versions of the songs are lacking in this book.

definitely not for beginners

I am so pleased with this wonderful book of Christmas music; I can not think of any song that is missing from this collection. It is very pleasing to play the songs.

She's a flute player.

Advantages of big note music books is that I could practice without glasses. Playing level is easy for me (I've played the flute on and off for 30+ years) that I could basically sight read it if I to. Was a big hit at my Scout Troop's adult holiday party when I played a set.

11 yr old child loves it. She's at the end of her diary yr of flute and she can play a lot of the songs here. And it really is a BIG book - tons of songs for the $.

Nice selections. Daughter likes it. Bought last Christmas. Using it this Christmas eve service

Lots of christmas songs, all the favorites, but not so accessible if you are a starter. Although, I must admit it forces me to practice high notes. Tunes appear in alphabetical order, not from easiest to hardest.

So it showed up with some minor water damage, but otherwise in good condition. This is ok for beginners and has a wide selection of songs. I've noticed it doesn't put in breath stops and also seems to have missed some slurs etc

Fun book of Christmas carols. I enjoy all of the songs. Most are simple enough for a beginner.
