Package wasn't damaged but was delivered to wrong house, neighbour politely brought it to me I feel disappointed spent around £ 27. 00 and The UV bulb doesn't work

Ich habe diese Lampe in meinen Terrarien für Neukaledonische Kronengeckos verbaut. Dort ist die schwankende Luftfeuchtigkeit (60-100%) bei ca 20-26°C ausgesetzt. Die erste Lampe hatte bereits nach einem Monat ihren Geist aufgegeben, was erfahrungsgemäß eine Ausnahme darstellt. Nach Rücksendung mit beiliegendem Rücksendeschein wurde mir ohne große Mühe und Diskussionen eine neue zugeschickt! Sehr lobenswert! Seitdem funktioniert das Ersatzmodell einwandfrei! Der gute kundenorientierte Support und die Langlebigkeit der Leuchten rechtfertigen meiner Meinung nach den Preis allemal!

I ordered two of these 5.0 UVB bulbs in November. They both work as they should and start right up with no flicker or dim areas. I run them 12 hours a day on a timer and have had no issues. I can't comment on longevity as I've only been using them for two and a half months. I have no idea why thickness was even listed as part of the review choice on the star markers, makes absolutely no sense. I would definitely buy again based on price, quality and the low amount of UVB I wanted to supply for my gecko.
