Very good product
I like this product especially because it adheres very well to the skin. Training in the gym without gloves or doing barbell sports is still a difficulty when training with gloves, while training without gloves and with this product it helps a lot to not burn your skin.

Bought this for my daughters for gymnastics to use on the bars. Does the job. They would recommend it.

I've seen lots of complaints about this not being gritty enough but I think it's perfect, does exactly what it says it'll do and a tiny bit breaks into loads. Doesn't fall apart too easily whenever I've had it in my bag. Just opened it up in the gym left half the block behind and took half home and wrapped it back up in the paper. Works perfectly for me. I think I'd prefer something a bit more powdery but that's just my preference
