It does not even come in a proper box. The hooks were loose and definitely not an item a Friends' fan should get. A rip off!

Such a cute item for a Friends lover. I use it in my sewing room to hold up my items and it seems to hold well! One of the hooks was broken off when I received it, but nothing glue couldnโt fix!
