My tennis elbow has not responded to normal elastic devices. A squash partner swears by one like this and for that reason I selected it despite it getting fewer stars than other devices. I wear it about half my waking hours and can honestly say that I noticed improvement in hours and massive difference over a few days. I’ve played squash with it on and it’s so much better. This might not work for you and could be simply luck for me - but it doesn’t feel like that. I wear it so the fatter end is near the tendon in question (more comfortable for me). Not sure how it works but for me, for now it certainly does.

Before you buy be aware that you cannot return this item.I purchased one as I used to use something similar before but I find that this one cannot give me enough support. The plastic support itself is a little snug on my forearm but that is not the problem, in fact I quite liked the fit. The big problem for me is that the velcro strap just stretches too much to give enough pressure to support my injury. I am not trying to do this up so tight I cut off the circulation, I just want it tight enough to apply some pressure on where it hurts to help support the injury. If I pulled the strap enough to give me the tightness I want the strap is not going to last very long at all.Obviously I should have checked up on the returns policy first but now I am going to give this support away to someone else at the club and see it it helps them.

I was unsure as to wether this would work but to my surprise it works fantastically. Only thing is that it does not come with instructions as to where to put it. I went to my doc and she showed me where to put it. You can feet where the right place is as it alleviates the pain immediately. Great product

My doctor suggested one of these supports for tennis elbow. It was delivered quickly and I used it straight away. It doesn’t come with any usage or positioning guidance and at first I had it too tight and my arm was being marked, but I got it just right after that. It has relieved some of the pain as it’s eased off further down my arm and hand, but my doctor warned it could take 6 to 8 weeks to get better with rest and this is my 2nd week wearing this. I wear it all day and it certainly feels better than before. I know it’s restricting the muscles and elbow ligaments going where they shouldn’t go as the ligament hopefully heals so I’d say it’s doing it’s job. Pain is still there, just not so bad.

There is essentially nothing wrong with this item. However, there was no size option and this is too big. I tried to wear it but had to fasten very tight and pressure not on the right place. I have used one of these for many years so know they are helpful so don’t be put off by my negative experience
