From opening the box to the installation in the desktop case, the metal frame was obviously very well designed and manufactured for the intended purpose. The frame was initially fitted with two SSDs prior to the installation and with the supplied pack of screws for the frame simply added to that sense of quality of product. One point of incidental importance for screwing the SSDs into the frame: access is limited for inserting the small screws but a magnetic Phillips screwdriver easily accomplishes that task. Very satisfied with the product.

Great product

Bought this bracket to help replace my old 3.5 inch HDD with a new 2.5 inch SSD, in a case with no 2.5 inch drive bays. The old HDD was mounted by clipping some plastic inserts onto the sides and sliding it into the bay. The inserts also fit easily into the sides of this bracket, and so I was able to easily swap the two out after screwing the SSD into the bracket. There's space for a second SSD stacked above the first as advertised, the design is quite well thought out and should suit most types of case. The only part of installation that you might have any difficulty with is screwing the SSD into the bracket. Thankfully, it comes with all the right screws for whatever method you're going to use to mount it, which will leave you with some spares at the end. There aren't really detailed instructions but it's simple enough that you shouldn't need them, besides it's going to vary depending on your case. I was worried my cables might be too short to reach the new SSD if it ended up recessed into the bay at all, but it actually worked out just fine.

Not cheap but great, you have to work out the alignment and rotation for it to work with caddy to enable the connectors to work, but its sturdy, well drilled and comes with loads of screws. Attached my samsung to a dell tower plus case really well.

It works. Does what it’s supposed to do

This allows a 2.5” drive to be put in a 3.5” bay, allowing it to be a lot more secure. You could use tape but this is reasonably priced and includes the correct amount of screws to mount it and offers either flush or protruding screw types. Quick to install and uses PH1 screw heads
