Christmas Gift
A mate got me a small pack for Christmas. I came back and re-ordered large. Suits my taste, and is good value.

Lovely coffee but lacking in blue mountain
This is the second blended product I have bought. Obviously knowing it’s not going to be blue mountain. I found that whilst it’s a really nice coffee, it’s lacking in the product taste it says to offer. May purchase again as it’s good value with a very slight hint. It’s good for visitors :-))))

Pleasant enough but nothing special
Bought this as a change from Lavazza Rosso (cheaper) or something from a local specialist coffee place. Cost wise it sits in the middle. It's a nice cup of coffee - mild, smooth and tasty. Is it much better than Lavazza iTiero (i.e. 100% Arabica beans)? Not really. Is it a bit better than Lavazza Rosso? Just about. It definitely isn't as good as local specialist coffee (it's expiry dates, not roasting dates on the packs here).I probably won't buy it again. Spiller and Tate Signature Blend is better at this point.

Well Rounded Taste - Excellent Value for Money
Blue Mountain coffee conjours up the the romance of the highlands of Jamaica of course, where the very expensive Jamaican Blue Mountain beans that cost an arm and a leg come from.Well, these aren't from there.But...they taste just as good in my opinion with the added bonus that my wallet is still intact. I have bought Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee before and whilst very good the reality is that the epic cost was not justifiable. Fantastic coffee no doubt but unless one is minted then hard to countenance. Now, by far the best coffee ever is the Vietnamese Trung Ngyen No.8 which is an enzime treated coffee that tastes sublime - and makes even Jamaican Blue Mountain seem cheap. So I keep that for when I really want something special. So this means a day to day coffee has to be great tasting and affordable which, is where this comes in. Bought on a whim and partially because of the very good reviews I'm glad I jumped in.Using a bean to cup machine - which I accept might not be the purists choice but is a good balance of convenience and product - I have a double shot of this in the morning with a bit of hot water to make it up to lungo size. And it tastes wonderful.Quite strong - which I like - but beautifully smooth and full bodied. I'm sure that someone out there can reel off a bunch of 'hollyhocks and blackberries,' but fundamentally this tastes like good quality coffee that you might get at a decent coffee shop. And the price. Really. A kilo bag is great value for money even compared to average supermarket brands.Bottom line is that for a day to day coffee there's nothing to dislike about this. I can't think I've had such good taste per pound for a long time.
