The product works perfectly. When you have the bands on once, you can easily tighten it up by rolling it a bit more as it's explained in the brochure. So you can adjust the support of the band. I used the bands for gymnastics (on the parallel bars and on the ground especially) and powerlifting (bench press). It helps a lot since I had tennis and golf elbow issues in the past (but with the band, it never repeated).

Ottime fasce, non è quel materiale che fa sudare e si regolano semplicemente ruotandole per sentirle strette o molli (dentro ci sono le istruzioni che spiegano bene come). La stringa serve solo a tenerle fissate e garantisco che non si slaccia mai durante tutto l'allenamento...Top!
