Just what I wanted, excellent quality and simple to use. Cleaning the machine is so easy.

Chops ice easily into small lumps However I mistakenly thought I could use it to make snow cones or slushies. It says you can get different sizes if u run it through but only 1 size. Unable to make fine ice so useless for slushies. Good for cocktails only

Did the job great

Ive tried the standard crusher that you get online which breaks, this definitely feels better quality and more sturdy. I'm hoping that anti rust feature is actually true, so far so good. My only slight criticism is that water gets in behind the metal casing and needs to be shaken out.

It is an ice crusher, thought it would create smaller particles, it's ok but the chunks of ice are still rather big.

Excellent product. It is easy to use and produces fine and coarse crushed ice. I also own an electric ice crusher but i find this manual ice crusher better than the electric one. A couple of downsides- the 4 studs at the base do not grip the surface as advertised. So, you have to apply pressure from the top to eep it in place while crushing the ice. Secondly, the advertisement claims that the one can vary the size of crushed ice crystals. I am not sure how it can be achieved. Over, an excellent kitchen gadget.

It a great little thing well worth the money. Easy to clean

Great ice crusher - looks sleek and not out of place in the kitchen. Makes ice nibs/chips rather than shavings but perfect for breaking down large ice cubes to put into my blender with fruit for smoothies. Feels sturdy and does not slip around too much when in use. Follow the instructions to reverse if pieces of ice get stuck in the blades and it copes well.

Ho acquistato il prodotto, ma lo stesso è arrivato nella sua confezione ( come correttamente indicato) che appariva...usurata. Ho comunque aperto l'involucro, ed ho verificato che l'articolo presentava una evidente ammaccatura sulla parte anteriore, ed inoltre, il meccanismo interno era rumoroso. Ho provveduto a fare il reso, scrivendo anche al venditore l'accaduto. Nel giro di pochi minuti ho avuto risposta. Il venditore non solo si è scusato, senza nemmeno chiedere "prove" del danno, ma si è anche offerto di rimandare immediatamente l'oggetto, che ho ricevuto questa mattina stessa, questa volta anche con imballo esterno. Il tritaghiaccio è ben fatto, il materiale è solido, e la parte mobile ruota senza necessità di mettere troppa forza; il ghiaccio viene tritato perfettamente per i cocktail, scopo per il quale lo ho acquistato. abbastanza compatto, il costo è elevato, ma come ho spiegato, ripagato sia dalla qualità che dal servizio post vendita. Non me lo spettavo proprio. Complimenti!
