These may be only a short string of lights (4 off), but work well from AA batteries. Battery life seems reasonable (still on original batteries after 3 weeks).The control has multiple modes of operation that can be selected. These seem to all be OK, but I suspect most people will opt for the "cycle" mode where all patterns are used.One thing that does not seem clearly pointed out is that the lights operate for about 8 hours On and 16 hours off after they are first powered up. i.e. they will work in the late afternoon and evening, but not waste battery life overnight or during daylight hours.Nice simple decoration.

The lights are easy to set up and look really good in garden. Really bright. Batteries last about a week

Not very bright when new, but I guess for the money I didn't expect much so was happy because they looked cute. After a week they stopped working. Tried 2 sets of new batteries in case batteries were faulty, but nothing. I'd expected them to at least last 1 Christmas.

Giving 3 stars because they aew nice... seem like good quality and sturdy! Issue is webt to plug it in and ... one of the 4 not working! Sent it back!

Love them. Only small but so effective. Several settings, battery operated making it much easier. Live the colours. Ordered another set love them that much !

Bought these for our small front garden with a short pathway to the front door. Look really sweet.

Really lovely lights and even nicer that the battery has a timer on so don’t need to worry about turning off and on daily
