Good spice blend.
Really nice Cajun Seasoning but contains a lot of fennel. It's quite a dominant flavour through this particular blend and was a bit of a surprise hence the 4 stars.Can be countered by adding another spice of your choosing (I found Fenugreek worked well for my own taste)Luckily I like fennel but use another brand if its not to your liking.

Really good mix of spice, nice bit of heat, really nice on chicken breast with a side of ribs.

Half way through the pack. Love it. I add salt but I like things salty.I’m on keto and there’s not sugar and nasty addition.
