SEC SNGL Screw Pulley WHT S5201*

I must confess to being a little disappointed with this pulley. There are gaps either side of the pulley into which a rope could get wedged in and jam the pulley. As I wanted to install this in a very inaccessible place, requiring a tall ladder to access it, I really don't feel comfortable chancing it getting jammed. Otherwise it seems fine and reasonably priced.

Simply screwing this into the ceiling caused the spot weld (which fixes screw to housing) to break. As a consequence I cannot continue to screw it into the ceiling or remove it, leaving me a little worried to use it as it's only half installed. Otherwise, it seems to do what it says on the tin - it's a pulley. Not much to say about that.

This screw in pulley was ideal to screw into my garden wall when I renewed my clothes line. The pulley makes it easier to adjust the line in the event of it stretching.
