WollNowo 26 cm Square Frying Pan with Detachable Handle

The best cast, even heat,non stick frying pan available. Detachable handle allows movement between cooker and oven. Can be used for flambe, frying, saute etc. Wipe clean with paper towel after use retaining fat glazing skin. Pan is guaranteed for ten years, which I have no doubt it would last, but the non stick characteristic only lasts approximately two years, as is the case with all Woll pans. I have used Woll pans for many years, however, they have to be replaced every two years as they wear on the bottom and begin to stick, even on my 'porridge' only pan. (I have had two replaced under warranty) An expensive product but still maintain they are best available on the market.

Non-stick is staying like new because with this pan I've only used high smoke point oils (avocado (270 C) or rice bran (250 C)). Previous Woll pans did not last because I mainly used olive oil (216 C).

This is the second of these pans that weI've bought and I love them. I rarely use any oil when frying in them as the non-stick surface really is that good! That also makes them easy to clean. Another bonus is that a dish can be started on the hob then finished in the oven in the same pan. They're quite expensive but I think they'll last a long time. Great!
