This is my third woll pan and i'm working up to having nothing but WOLL.Expensive but worth the investment.The ones with detachable handles once removed can go in the oven so are dual purpose.If you are dieting or just don't want to use fat they are brillient for that also.Buy.

Great pan
Brilliant. Cooks with little oil. Used everyday since arrival.Cleans in seconds. Worth every penny.Considered purchased for a while. Should have got it sooner.
