| Warranty Description | RUPES 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY RUPES warrants to the original purchaser only, that RUPES power tools shall be free from material or workmanship defects for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. To the extent permitted by law, RUPES sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement or repair, without charge, of those parts determined by RUPES to be defective. No more cords
Just received the item yesterday and am going to be using it tonite. Being that this is my first cordless polisher, i am trying to make the transition to cordless. It's not heavy, but does feel "weighty". Feels comfortable when using both hands to hold. I can't really speak on the battery life as I will be using this intermittently whenever time allows. Testing the tool tells me that it does have sufficient torque. Adjustable speed settings using the dial is nice. Comes with two rechargeable batteries and a charger. It doesn't have a lock for the trigger so I will have to purchase that separately. I may update this as I use it more.UPDATE:Polisher is a workhorse for small areas, very maneuverable. I decided to not make a purchase for the control lever lock from another company. If youre mindful, it shouldnt be a problem to ensure accidental operation doesnt happen. Make it a habit to turn the dial down and youre golden. Only wish was that it came with an optional carrying case/bag as opposed to the systainer if bought as a kit.

Battery life is horrible.
Battery life is horrible. End of comment. Tied to do all the small places with this product and ended up having to wait for the battery's to recharge just to polish out the front bumper of my Q. Ended up take 2 times as long. Returned. Need to work on the battery life.

I received the product with a non-functioning battery, returned it immediately, and have been waiting for more than two weeks for my refund.
