This worked best taken consistently with a balanced diet, good sleep and 2-3 days of regular gym sessions. The performance side of it worked like a mild creatine surprisingly, strength increase throughout reps and muscle condition felt more firm within 2 weeks. I got genuinely decent results with blood flow also particularly in the morning gentlemen if you get my drift.. Bare in mind everyone's body works differently but if you supplement this with a healthy lifestyle I know from my experience it works. 4/5* only because it took around 2 weeks to see results otherwise I'd have given a 5* if results showed in 1 week.

Like many of the people that will be trying this - I was excited to learn about Fadogia and its actual scientifically backed effects on T levels. I tried it for a month in combination with Tongkat Ali from British Supplements and can say categorically that this had no effect on my T level. I was border line low 6 weeks ago as tested by Optimale labs and on testing this week I was actually slightly lower than before. I was hoping for a fairly modest - 20 - 30% increase but I actually had a drop of a about 4%. This was probably just as a result of natural fluctuations

Tongkat Ali ist in Deutschland nicht zugelassen bzw. fällt unter das Arzneimittelgesetz so das es in Deutschland nicht enthalten ist und durch Ashwagandha ersetzt wurde. Die Softgel Kapseln enthalten auch kein Peperin und sind deswegen magenschonend, ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Allerdings wurden diese Effekte nur bei einer Studie mit Ratten festgestellt soviel mir bekannt ist gibt es keine Humanstudie. Als Mitfünfziger habe ich die letzten Jahre viel Nahrungsergänzungsmittel ausprobiert um mehr Energie und Libido zu entfalten was im Alter leider rapide abnimmt und mehr oder weniger viel Geld verbrannt da kaum oder gar keine Wirkung bei mir eintraten. Deswegen hatte ich nicht viel Hoffnung auf gute Ergebnisse aber die Neugier war stärker und preislich im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Produkten die ich gekauft habe sogar relativ günstig. Erstaunlicherweise wirkte das Produkt relativ schnell bereits am nächsten Tag konnte ich eine massive Zunahme des Libido verspüren was ich sonst nur nach Einnahme von 5 Gramm Maca verspürte auch war ich focusierter und hatte mehr Energie über den Tag. Beim Training konnte ich noch keine Verbesserung spüren ich denke das braucht mehr Zeit. Fazit: Ein Placeboeffekt schließe ich bei mir aus da ich entweder gut oder gar nicht auf Nahrungsergänzungsmittel reagiere.
